In what formats will my logo be
provided?

Logo Mills will
provide you with Adobe Illustrator, .EPS and .JPG and Photoshop
files files, ready to give to your printer for processing. |
How many logo samples do I receive?
|
|
You may receive anywhere from 3 - 8 logo samples in total depending on the logo design
package you choose (fewer for hand illustrated logos).
These logo samples will be made available via a special
private URL that will be provided to you once your logos
are completed. |
How long
does it take before I can see my samples of company logos?
|

We usually deliver our
first logo samples within 3-5 business days. |
Is Rush logo service available?
|
|
Although we do not
recommend rush jobs to our clients, but YES, rush logo
service is available for an additional fee of 50% of the
package price. Kindly contact us prior to filling up the
order form stating your rush job requirement. |
How many
changes may I ask for my company logo?
|
|
We
aim to keep our customers satisfied and we will make changes until you
agree to the company logo design in the
Extreme! Package. For all other
packages changes will be limited. |
What if I
don't like any of the initial logo designs?
|
|
We
will make more logos designs according to the
package that you have chosen. If you still do
not like our designs, we will provide you a refund after
deducting our service fee. Please see our
Terms and Conditions for further
details. |
What if I
have my own idea for the company logo?
|
|
Any
idea that may help our designer create a logo to your satisfaction can
be sent in once you have retained our services. |
Can you redo my existing company logo?
|
|
Yes. Our starter package is geared
towards redrawing and repairing of existing company
logos. |
Will I own the rights to my logo?
|
|
Yes, you will own the
copyright to your final chosen logo. Logo Mills will provide you with a
unique, custom designed logo tailored specifically to
your company. This right will be transferred to you at
the time of completion of the project. However, the
rights to all the samples developed during the design
phase remain with us. |
The number of
redraws is unlimited. Does that mean I can ask for changes whenever I
want without a problem?

Abstract refusals of the logo design are not considered. Specific
reasons have to be given if a redraw is required. Most of the time such
situations are handled on a case to case basis. We will make changes
whenever you require but we ask that you specify what the change is and on
what basis will it be required. |
What is the Client
Area?
|
|
Our Client Area is a password protected area of our web
site, where clients log-in and view their work in
progress. You can view your concepts in different sizes,
post comments and suggestions right below the concepts
and ask revisions from your designers. All without
leaving your desk. Your Client Area page is only
accessible to you, so your logo will remain under wraps
until you are ready to announce it to the world. |
What
color format do you provide the logos in?

Generally, we provide the logo in
Pantone colors, however the client can make specific
request to us at the commencement of the project to
create logos in CMYK colors. |
What are
CMYK or process colors?
|
|
CMYK colors are used for off-set printing purposes. Prints include
standard colored stationery etc. |
What if I
want my logo in RGB colors?
|
|
CMYK colors are convertible to RGB colors, which are, known as screen
colors. However, when printing the colors will not be accurate thus they
are best used for websites and on-screen presentations only. |
